Ms. Sadia Tahseen has over 17 years of Information Technology(IT) experience mainly focusing on Middleware and Cloud Integration specifically in Oracle Cloud, Oracle Fusion Middleware & Oracle Database Technologies. Ms. Tahseen is Oracle Certified Professional with vast experience in various domains like Telecom, Banking, Insurance, Energy, Safety/Compliance, Manufacturing, Logistics, Supply Chain, Healthcare domains. Ms. Tahseen holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Illinois at Chicago (UIC), where she distinguished herself not only academically but also through leadership and community involvement. During her time at UIC, she was honored with the Grace Hopper Conference Scholarship in Tucson, Arizona (2009–2010), recognizing outstanding female technologists, and the Goldman Sachs Scholarship for Leadership in New York (2009–2010), awarded to emerging leaders in STEM.Ms. Tahseen was also selected as a Women in Science & Engineering (WISE) Ambassador, representing UIC at Chicago Public Schools (CPS) and participating in various outreach events including Model United Nations conferences, where she advocated for increased female participation in STEM fields. Her professional journey began as a software engineer, and over the years, she steadily progressed into increasingly strategic and technically demanding roles. With nearly two decades of experience in the Information Technology industry, Ms. Tahseen has grown into a results-oriented leader capable of managing enterprise-scale projects and digital transformation programs. Her career reflects a trajectory marked by innovation, critical thinking, and consistent delivery of high-impact technology solutions. Most recently, she served in senior leadership roles at Comprobase LLC and UL LLC, where she led multiple mission-critical projects. At UL LLC, she held the position of Middleware Technical Lead , overseeing a variety of integration and modernization efforts. Notably,she played a pivotal role in architecting and executing a $12 million multi-year cloud migration project, which transformed UL’s legacy infrastructure into a modern, cloud-native environment. This initiative modernized the myUL portal, a platform serving over 10,000 active customers globally, and was recognized internally with a UL Company Award for Excellence. Ms. Tahseen's leadership contributed to improved system reliability, scalability, and user experience, while significantly reducing operational costs and support overhead. In addition to this, she served as Production Operations Lead and Project Lead for a portfolio of middleware integration initiatives, where she guided diverse technical teams, coordinated with stakeholders, and implemented governance standards to ensure sustainable solution delivery. Prior to UL LLC, she held influential positions at several multinational corporations, where she was responsible for leading the integration of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, streamlining complex IT infrastructures, and spearheading digital transformation initiatives. Ms. Tahseen was instrumental in establishing Centers of Excellence (CoEs) and codifying Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) governance standards, which laid the foundation for scalable, maintainable, and secure IT ecosystems. Ms. Tahseen's work in these roles included implementing Oracle Fusion Middleware best practices, optimizing system performance, and setting strategic technology direction for large-scale enterprise clients. Ms. Tahseen brings a strong track record of building and managing high-performance teams, guiding both technical and non-technical personnel through all phases of the software development lifecycle. She is highly skilled in Agile methodologies, enabling iterative development and faster time-to-market while maintaining strict quality and compliance benchmarks. Her ability to foster collaboration across departments, manage stakeholder expectations, and translate business requirements into technically feasible solutions has been a consistent factor in my professional success. Moreover, she has led talent acquisition initiatives, identifying and hiring skilled professionals to support complex system integrations. M. Tahseen has also mentored junior engineers and guided internal teams in setting and maintaining standards for documentation, system architecture, and deployment protocols. Her leadership philosophy is rooted in transparency, technical excellence, and continuous learning. Throughout my career, she has demonstrated an exceptional ability to convert high-level strategic objectives into tangible results. Ms. Tahseen has consistently delivered business value by transforming complex technical landscapes into cohesive, secure, and user-friendly environments that drive operational efficiency, enhance customer satisfaction, and position organizations for long-term growth.Ms Tahseen has been recognized as an Oracle ACE which is a world's top recognition given to Oracle experts. She is an experienced Presenter at various OAUG/OATUG conferences. She has spoken at various OAUG conferences (Collaborate 2019, Collaborate 2014, OAUG Connection Point 2013, NCOAUG). She is Senior IEEE Member and Jury as well.She speaks at various IEEE webinars, conferences as well. Ms Tahseen has been nominated for a few US based Award categories. She was also among the few women finalists for Tech Evangelist of the Year 2020 (https://womeninitawards.com/new-york/) for US Awards which was well-appreciated by  her previous employer(UL LLC). She was also nominated for Rising Star of STEM of year 2021 by Women in Tech Conference.She was also nominated for TechyAwards 2013 by Lodestar consulting LLC as well. Ms Tahseen has Moderated and Spoke a few Technology sessions for Inspiring young generation for STEM fields esp. at various educational platforms like DiscoverE sessions, Illinois Math and Science Academy(IMSA) & Safety Science Volunteer at Robotic Conference .In addition to her professional achievements, She has demonstrated a strong and consistent commitment to community involvement, STEM advocacy, and mentoring—particularly with underrepresented groups in science and technology. Ms. tahseen efforts has spanned a wide range of educational platforms, professional conferences, and outreach initiatives, where she serves not only as a speaker but also as a mentor, judge, panelist, and science advocate. She have been invited to contribute as a speaker, moderator, and judge for technology and innovation-focused events hosted by prominent organizations and educational institutions, including Oracle Applications and Technology User Group (OATUG) SIG Conferences, DiscoverE Sessions,Illinois Math and Science Academy (IMSA),Society of Women Engineers (SWE),Invention Convention U.S. Nationals, DiscoverE Future City Competitions, FIRST Robotics Competitions. Her efforts have been recognized by several prominent media platforms through featured interviews that highlight my contributions to STEM and her efforts to inspire future generations of women in tech. Beyond public speaking,she actively mentors early-career professionals, graduate students, and aspiring engineers, helping them navigate career decisions, strengthen technical skill sets, and prepare for leadership in the tech industry. Throughout her career, she has consistently translated strategic vision into actionable outcomes, delivering measurable business value that boosts operational efficiency, elevates customer satisfaction, and supports sustainable organizational growth.
