Tufan Kilicaslan is a software development manager, technical consultant, and the founder of CodeMega Solutions Inc. , with over 20 years of experience building scalable and award-winning digital platforms for global brands such as Fiat, TEB, and Turkcell.
He has led cross-functional engineering teams, designed and implemented complex software architectures, and delivered digital transformation projects across web and mobile technologies.
His work focuses on web and mobile application development, performance optimization, security and SEO improvements, custom API integrations, browser automation testing, website maintenance and support, software team management, and technical consulting.
Tufan is an IEEE Senior Member, SCRS Distinguished Fellow, and Hackathon Raptors Fellow, and regularly serves as a juror and peer reviewer in international hackathons and technology competitions. His work has received awards including the Communicator Award, Stevie Award, Altin Orumcek, Kristal Elma, Felis, and Mixx Awards.
