With over 18 years of expertise in the IT industry, I have a strong background in research and development large Data Warehouse applications with focus on Healthcare Domain. I have done extensive research and have gained in-depth healthcare domain knowledge, in area comprising claims processing, Provider reporting, member enrollment management, and clinical data analysis. My expertise allows my team to tailor data solutions and meet the specific needs and challenges of the healthcare industry.
My research is predominantly to create cloud-based, data-driven platform designed to empower risk-bearing entities to enhance health outcomes. This encompasses the Aerial Data Platform and a web application that enables clients to examine the health profiles of their members and improve care coordination across the population. My research offers a comprehensive overview of each member's profile, including risk stratification based on aggregated health and disease data.

My research contribution in Predictive and Prescriptive Analytics, leverages Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence. My skill set includes Data Analytics and Big Data with a strong focus on Requirements Analysis, Agile Methodologies, and Quality Assurance. I am also a seasoned program and project management professional with a deep understanding of healthcare industry requirements. My technical proficiency includes designing and developing processes for Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) operations using tools like Informatica PowerCenter, Datastage, Python, and Teradata utilities (BTEQ, FastLoad, MultiLoad, FastExport, Tpump) as well as SQL. I am well-versed in creating ETL packages in SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS). Additionally, I have extensive experience in leading and delegating automation efforts for large-scale, highly integrated software solutions in an Agile/SCRUM environment. I am an expert in coding test automation frameworks and scripts using industry-standard frameworks such as Behave. I have exposed Cloud technologies such as GCP, AWS and Azure.
