Manish Meshram
( Crave Infotech )
I am Manish Meshram, Bachelor of Engineering in Information technology passed out in 2008.
Over the past eighteen years, I have built a distinguished career at the intersection of enterprise engineering, artificial intelligence, cloud platforms, neuroscience research, and life-sciences innovation, leading large-scale digital transformation programs across global organizations. My professional journey reflects a consistent pattern of engineering excellence, architectural leadership, multidisciplinary research, and deep societal impact, particularly in the fields of healthcare, medical supply chains, pharmaceutical operations, AI-driven automation, and human cognition.
I have spent my career architecting and delivering large enterprise systems, designing intelligent software products, implementing mission-critical integration landscapes, and advancing applied research in AI, brainwave analysis, and meditation science. In these roles, I have combined rigorous engineering principles with human-centric design, resulting in solutions that improve patient safety, operational efficiency, and scientific understanding of the mind.
My contributions encompass cloud architecture, enterprise integration, AI platforms, intelligent automation, neuroscience analytics, and multidisciplinary research. I have worked extensively with complex, regulated environments—especially pharmaceutical, life sciences, and healthcare organizations—defining clean-core strategies, establishing governance models, and designing intelligent digital platforms at global scale. Through these initiatives, I have supported organizations operating across 40+ countries, integrating heterogeneous systems, ensuring regulatory compliance, and enabling AI-driven operating models.
Beyond engineering and architecture, I am also an active researcher, author, and thought leader. I have published multiple papers spanning applied artificial intelligence, meditation science, healthcare analytics, and neurotechnology, specifically focusing on how AI can interpret human brainwave activity to enable measurable cognitive and emotional outcomes. My research bridges modern AI techniques with traditional meditation practices and neuroscientific frameworks, contributing to a deeper understanding of mental wellness, cognitive patterns, and the technology-enabled future of human behavior measurement.
This combination of enterprise engineering, cloud and AI innovation, leadership experience, and interdisciplinary research forms the foundation of my eligibility for IEEE Senior Membership, reflecting both depth and breadth of contributions to engineering, applied science, and technological advancement.
