Dr. Snehanshu Saha holds a Ph.D from Univ. of Texas-Arlington and is a Professor in the Dept of CS&IS and Center Head-APPCAIR (AI research Center), BITS PILANI K K Birla Goa Campus. He has contributed more than 100 articles in top ranked conferences and Journals including several IEEE Transactions and is a Senior Member-IEEE, Senior Member-ACM and a Fellow-IETE. He has contributed to the theory of machine learning/deep learning and meta-heuristics and developed several state-of-the-art methods in Deep Learning based classification tasks, optimizers for non-convex problems, proposed novel anomaly detection methods for univariate and multivariate time series data and interpretable tools in Deep learning. Dr. Saha has 17 years of Post-Ph.D. experience in research and teaching in academia and industry. He is a co-founder and Director of Research at HappyMonk AI, an AI product company.
