Education Experience : Graduated Senior school year(12th Grade) from St.Joseph Matriculation High School with 95.3% Completed Bachelor of Engineering in EEE from Coimbatore Institute of Technology, India with 9.2 GPA Work Experience: With over 17 years of experience in the IT healthcare industry,I have developed a diverse skill set across various roles and industry verticals. I have extensive expertise in the analysis, design, development, customization, and implementation of software applications, adeptly translating business requirements into technical specifications and architectural solutions and migrating legacy healthcare systems to modernized systems. Throughout my career, I have successfully led and managed teams, taking on multiple roles including Associate System Engineer, Technical Team Lead, Business Analyst, Application Architect, and Release Manager.My strong database skills and sound experience in Z/OS application development, along with related interfaces, have positioned me as a key contributor in delivering innovative solutions within the healthcare domain. I have won the "Be Essential " and "Eminence and Excellence award" from within my organization and client and have also won various healthcare related competitions within my organization. A co-author of a published book by SPRINGER on High Performance Big Data Analytics, I have a keen interest in Artificial Intelligence, cloud technologies, IBM Watson, and Big Data, complementing my work with IBM Mainframes.I also contribute to research articles from time to time and peer review white papers/articles. I have also participated in Speaker Opportunities and judging of innovation work. Known for my excellent communication and interpersonal skills, I am self-motivated, quick learner and a vital team player.
