• With over 15 years of diverse experience in software development, quality assurance, process improvement, scrum master, and various stages of software development life cycle (SDLC) and system testing life cycle (STLC), I have honed my skills in functional, integration, system, and regression testing across diverse applications and domains such as cards and payments, capital market, and customer systems.
• As a Quality Engineer and Scrum Master, I have actively participated in requirement analysis, planning, design, development, testing, reporting, and production validation support. Collaborating closely with business, operations, and product development teams, I have successfully implemented products, ensuring their quality and meeting customer expectations.
• I have demonstrated expertise in all testing phases of the software development life cycle and have experience managing multiple projects simultaneously with a team of 10 resources. My strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with my willingness to quickly adapt to new environments and learn new technologies, enable me to effectively contribute to the success of projects.
