Nithesh Gudipuri is Associate Director of Technology at Raymond James Financial, leading a 25-member engineering organization overseeing mission-critical securities back-office platforms that process approximately 103 million transactions daily. With thirteen years in financial services technology, he has governed delivery for multiple concurrent SEC-mandated regulatory programs — including T+1 settlement, SWIFT ISO 20022 migration, and USTC Central Clearing compliance — coordinating across DTCC, SWIFT, FIS, and Broadridge under non-negotiable federal timelines. Selected as one of 18 Innovation Champions from approximately 1,800 firm-wide technologists (top 1%) and appointed to Raymond James' Digital Asset Blockchain Assessment Committee, he has led enterprise AI adoption across 200+ professionals and modernized approximately 2,000 HP NonStop legacy programs using large language model tooling. His contributions include two USPTO provisional patents, peer-reviewed publications in IEEE and ACM-affiliated venues, expert peer review across six internationally indexed journals, and founding chairmanship of the Tampa Bay ACM Professional Chapter.
