Kaleeswaran Muthupandi has over 23 years of hands-on experience building large-scale enterprise software applications using Java/JEE, integration technologies, cloud migration, and event-driven streaming platforms such as Apache Kafka. He has contributed to major modernization initiatives, including MQ-to-Kafka migration, DB2 integration, CI/CD automation, cloud migration, CDC solutions, and Kafka Connect implementations.
His current work focuses on applying Generative AI and Agentic AI to software engineering, including repository analysis, API discovery, automated documentation generation for legacy systems, software modernization support, and multi-agent modeling of complex engineering workflows.
Beyond his professional work, he contributes to the broader technology community as an IEEE peer reviewer, technology judge, and mentor, supporting technical evaluation, innovation, and the development of emerging technology professionals
