Somesh Rahul works in applied artificial intelligence and intelligent interactive systems, with fifteen years spanning automotive software, connected-building control and enterprise AI commerce. As Principal Product Manager in Emerging Technology at Walmart Global Tech, he leads generative AI, computer vision and augmented reality products deployed to millions of customers. He is a named inventor on granted patents in the United States, Europe, China and Canada, independently cited and adopted across the connected-building industry. An IEEE Senior Member, he delivered the keynote at SCRS CSCT 2025, serves on the WcCST-2026 Industry Advisory Committee, and reviews for Elsevier journals and IEEE conferences, with three papers at IEEE ICCE 2027.
