Over the course of my career, I have made sustained and original contributions to the field of enterprise content management, with a focus on IBM FileNet, Case Manager, and business process automation. My work has consistently modernized content governance systems across industries such as financial services, telecommunications, and the public sector, leading to significant improvements in efficiency, cost reduction, and system resilience.
Since 2018, I have served as a Senior Manager at Capgemini, supporting Synchrony Financial. In this role, I led ACM Run Support for enterprise content management and business automation platforms. I developed real-time monitoring solutions for FileNet Case Manager that enabled 24/7 system availability, proactively detecting latency, errors, and interface issues. I also implemented automation frameworks—such as threshold tracking and queue depth reporting—that significantly reduced operational costs and improved overall system performance.
From 2017 to 2018, as a Technical Lead at Capgemini, I led the design and deployment of workflow-based enhancements for the WWR Agile Build initiative. I developed a dispute resolution automation system that eliminated over 15,000 hours of manual effort annually by automating critical steps such as credit/debit adjustments, communications, and merchant system updates. This initiative led to an estimated $315,000 in annual savings and improved the overall customer experience.
Earlier, during my tenure at Tech Mahindra (2016–2017), I oversaw the migration and upgrade of IBM Content Navigator for GE Capital Services. I built automation tools for document scanning and data extraction that minimized manual intervention and error, embodying a scalable “do more with less” approach that enhanced efficiency and reliability.
With a strong foundation in IBM FileNet technologies, multiple professional certifications, and a track record of delivering results in complex, enterprise-critical environments, I have demonstrated my ability to deliver innovative, high-impact solutions with both national and international significance.
