Aditya Gupta is a Software Development Engineer II at AWS, specializing in cloud observability, distributed tracing, and cybersecurity. He is an AWS Security Guardian, IEEE author, and a patent holder in distributed observability. With over a decade of research experience, his work spans AI-driven security, anomaly detection, and performance optimization. He made early contributions to XGBoost research in 2015, applied it to win a Kaggle competition, and was an early researcher in Context-Aware Recommendation Systems (CARS). He is a certified reviewer for Elsevier and ACM and has reviewed multiple IEEE and Scopus-indexed publications. Additionally, he has two forthcoming research papers set to be published in Q1 and Q3 Scopus-indexed journals.
