Currently, Rahul serves as a Software Architect of Engineering at Salesforce, where he leads an organization of over 100 engineers. His team is responsible for architecting and delivering the next generation of marketing systems, built to support the rapidly evolving scale and complexity of enterprise-level marketing needs. His leadership focuses on building resilient, scalable, and performant systems that align with business objectives while ensuring long-term maintainability and operational efficiency.
Prior to Salesforce, Rahul held senior engineering roles at Amazon, where he played a pivotal role in re-architecting the global scheduled delivery platform. His work significantly improved the platform's scalability and robustness while delivering substantial cost savings and reducing operational overhead. His contributions have had a lasting impact on Amazon’s logistics infrastructure and customer experience.
