Nishanth Vepachedu is a Principal Engineer at Target with over 20 years of experience in software engineering and AI implementation. He has developed LLM-powered assistants using RAG frameworks, improved logistics applications with advanced algorithms, and migrated critical systems while delivering significant cost savings. Previously at Concentrix and Convergys, he engineered biometric authentication systems and global workforce management platforms. His expertise spans Java, Python, Kotlin, AWS, Azure, TensorFlow, microservices architecture, and data management. Nishanth holds an MS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Cincinnati.
