Vijay Anthony Richard has demonstrated over 12 years of professional experience in technical leadership and engineering management. He currently works at Amazon as Software Development Manager, leading a diverse team of 22 professionals, including SDEs, Firmware (FW) engineers, Mobile engineers, and QA Engineers across global locations. In this capacity, he owns the end-to-end product development of the Ring Intercom device suite, overseeing software, firmware, and hardware integration. Previously, Vijay worked as Technical Program Manager leading Ring Intercom Audio and Video devices end to end product development successfully launching 2 product versions in 2022 and 2024. Till date, Ring Intercom has sold over 500k devices across 7 countries. Prior to joining Amazon, Vijay was an automation engineer building automated guided vehicles for Staples Fulfillment Centers.
