Nirbhay Singh is a Senior Technical Program Manager at Amazon Web Services, where he leads high-impact programs supporting the global AWS documentation platform. He has spearheaded the migration of the AWS Documentation website to Native AWS (NAWS) infrastructure, significantly enhancing scalability and availability for millions of users worldwide. Currently, he is driving the integration of AI/ML capabilities to deliver personalized, customer-obsessed experiences. His initiatives have streamlined operations, reduced costs, and enabled seamless delivery of content for over 200 AWS services. With prior experience at Deloitte Consulting across financial and pharmaceutical clients, Nirbhay brings a strong blend of strategic leadership and technical execution. He holds a Master’s in Information Management from Syracuse University.
