1. Participants are encouraged to join the SCRS (www.scrs.in) to avail of the subsidized registration fees.

2. **These papers will be available for open access, leading to higher citations.

3. Registration fee towards the conference includes online conference proceedings, presentation during the conference (online or offline), attendance to all the sessions, and keynote talks. The registration process is managed by Konferenza Services.

4. *SBS Proceedings publications in Computing and Intelligent Systems (ISSN: 3048-5649). Each paper will be assigned a DOI. SCRS book Series is not indexed in Scopus.

5. Refund and Cancellation Policy: A candidate once registered and paid the registration fee is not allowed to cancel the registration. The registration fee for the conference once paid is not refundable.
