CVR2024

We are pleased to invite you to attend the CVR 2024 in Hybrid Mode (Online through Google Meet and Offline (1st Day Only) at Symbiosis Skills and Professional University (SSPU), Pune, India. This page includes all of the information on the CVR 2024 program schedule. Click each date below for the CVR 2024 daily program schedule. 

As a Technical Session Presenter, please find detailed instructions below to assist you with logging in and navigating for your technical paper session. These instructions must be read prior to logging in to your session/keynotes.

 

  1. All the Keynotes and Technical Paper Presentations will be in hybrid mode (Online through Google Meet and Offline at Symbiosis Skills and Professional University (SSPU), Pune, India.

     

  2. Click  Join  on the respective Date Tab to attend/present the respective Keynotes (K)/Technical Sessions (TS) for online attendees.

     

  3. Join the Keynotes (K)/Technical Sessions (TS) at least 05 minutes before the scheduled time. All the times are in Indian Standard Time (IST).

     

  4. All the participants and presenters are requested to keep their mic and video off until and unless it is asked to un-mute.

     

  5. The presenters are requested to be ready with their presentation slides and check their mic and video settings in advance.

     

  6. The authors (presenters) will be called one-by-one in their respective Technical Sessions (TS) by Session Chairs.

     

  7. The presenter has to prepare presentation slides in any format.

     

  8. Paper presentation time for each paper is 10 Min and 2 minutes for Q & A.
