Guidelines for the Appointment of Invited Speakers

1. Eligibility Criteria
- The Invited Speaker should be a recognized expert in the relevant domain, either from academia or industry.
- Must have a significant track record in research, innovation, or industry applications related to the topic of the session.

2. Academic Experts
- Should hold a Ph.D. or an equivalent qualification in a relevant field.
- Must have a strong publication record in reputed journals or conferences.
- Preferably hold a faculty position (Professor, Associate Professor, or Assistant Professor) at a well-regarded university or research institution.
- Should be actively involved in advancing the field through significant research contributions.

3. Industry Experts
- Should have substantial experience (minimum 5–10 years) in the relevant domain.
- Must have held leadership or senior technical roles in the industry (e.g., R&D Head, Senior Engineer, CTO, or Project Manager).
- Desirable experience includes leading innovative projects, managing cutting-edge technologies, or engaging in industry collaborations.
- Experience in contributing to relevant journals, conferences, or white papers is a plus.

- Deliver a comprehensive and engaging talk on a relevant topic within the session.
- Share valuable insights from both academic and industry perspectives.
- Foster a collaborative environment, encouraging discussions and knowledge exchange.
- Respond to questions and feedback from attendees, providing expert guidance and clarification.
- Promote awareness of new trends, technologies, or research areas within the field.
- Available to provide knowledge on the new research ideas of the relevant domain to the participants.
