1. Register online
2. Confirm payment
After completing payment, you will receive a confirmation email with the invoice attached. Please check your other email folders if it is not in your primary inbox. This completes the fee payment.
3. Convert your paper to the IEEE template

4. Go to the submission portal
5. Enter your Paper ID and password
The password is the first four characters of your paper's title followed by the paper ID. For example, if the title is "Advances in AI" and the paper ID is "212," the password is "ADVA212."
6. Upload your .zip submission
The .zip folder should contain:
- PDF of the revised paper
- Source files (Word or all LaTeX files)
- Reviewers' comments response
- Payment proof (invoice)
- SCRS/IEEE Membership Certificate, if registered in that category
The last date for camera-ready paper submission, registration fee payment, and online registration is October 08, 2026.
