Guidelines for the Best Paper Selection Process

1. Eligibility Criteria

  • The paper must be original, unpublished, and presented at the conference.
  • At least one of the authors must be registered and must have attended and presented the paper at the conference.
  • Papers from both academia and industry are eligible.
  • Student papers must have a student as the first author.

2. Evaluation Criteria

The selection will be based on the following criteria:

3. Selection Process

  • Session Chairs/Judges will evaluate the content of the paper, presentation, and communication during the presentation and assign a score to each presentation/paper.
  • Papers will be shortlisted based on evaluation scores, and only the highest-scoring paper will be considered for the Best Paper Award.
  • The final selection will be made through a consensus-based discussion by the General Chairs.

4. Announcement & Recognition

  • The winners will be announced during the conference closing ceremony.
  • Each winner will receive a certificate and a sponsored gift, if available.
  • Award recipients will also be recognized on the official conference website.
