Energy management has become a strategic function that extends well beyond reducing energy consumption. As industries accelerate investments in renewable energy and digital technologies, organizations must integrate energy planning, project execution, operational performance, and regulatory compliance into a unified management approach. This presentation introduces an intelligent framework for industrial energy management that combines strategic planning, renewable energy integration, project development, operational optimization, and continuous performance improvement. İsmail Yazıcı is an Energy Director with more than 12 years of experience in renewable energy investments, industrial energy transformation, and large-scale energy project development. He currently manages an operational portfolio of 76.82 MW while leading the development of a renewable energy pipeline exceeding 190 MW. His experience includes project financing, EPC management, hybrid energy systems, regulatory processes, stakeholder coordination, and industrial energy optimization. Throughout his career, he has worked closely with investors, financial institutions, EPC contractors, and public authorities to deliver large-scale energy investments and support sustainable industrial growth.
