Enterprise Integration in the AI Era: Building Intelligent and Self-Healing Digital Ecosystems
Abstract:
Modern enterprises rely on large ecosystems of cloud services, APIs, and event-driven workflows. As systems scale, integrations become the backbone connecting business platforms, data pipelines, and AI services. However, these distributed systems introduce new challenges around reliability, observability, and operational complexity. This talk discusses how enterprise integration architectures have evolved from traditional point-to-point integrations to event-driven platforms, and the patterns used to build reliable large-scale systems. It also looks at how AI can assist with operational visibility, anomaly detection, and automated remediation in complex integration environments. The session shares practical architecture patterns and lessons learned from building and operating large enterprise integration platforms.
