Through the integration of multimodal data—including electronic health records, wearable devices, and social determinants of health—AI supports precise risk assessment and tailored coverage planning. Automation enhances operational efficiency in claims processing, fraud detection, and customer service. Critically, AI also helps identify and address disparities in access and outcomes, supporting more inclusive insurance models.
