Orchestrating Intelligence: The Next Chapter of BPM and Enterprise Automation

Abstract:

As organizations move beyond traditional rule-based automation, Business Process Management (BPM) is undergoing a fundamental transformation toward autonomy and intelligence. This keynote explores the shift from process automation to intelligent orchestration, where AI-driven decisioning, adaptive workflows, and human oversight converge to create self-optimizing enterprise operations. The session examines how BPM evolves from static flow control into a governance and coordination layer that enables autonomous processes while preserving transparency, accountability, and compliance. Through real-world examples, the talk highlights how intelligent orchestration balances AI autonomy with human judgment, redefining the future operating model for digital enterprises.
