In highly regulated sectors such as finance, healthcare, and government, the cost of software failure can be severe—resulting in compliance violations, financial loss, or reputational damage. Traditional QA methods are often too manual, reactive, and slow to keep pace with modern development cycles. This talk explores how artificial intelligence is revolutionizing quality assurance by enabling predictive defect detection, intelligent test selection, and real-time compliance validation. Drawing from real-world use cases and implementation strategies, we present an AI-augmented QA framework tailored for complex, rule-bound environments. Attendees will gain insights into integrating AI into existing QA workflows, managing risks like bias and explainability, and achieving measurable improvements in speed, accuracy, and regulatory assurance.
