Abstract

Modern Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) requires intelligent digital platforms capable of automating risk identification, control assessment, compliance monitoring, and governance processes while maintaining transparency and audit readiness. This keynote presents the architecture of an Intelligent Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) / Integrated Risk Management (IRM) Smart Assessment Engine developed on the ServiceNow platform. The proposed architecture integrates configurable assessment frameworks, intelligent automation, real-time risk scoring, AI-enabled decision support, and enterprise governance capabilities to enhance organizational resilience and operational efficiency. The presentation further explores the integration of Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), predictive analytics, and Responsible AI principles to support scalable, secure, and intelligent enterprise risk management. The session concludes with architectural best practices and future directions for AI-enabled governance platforms that strengthen compliance, improve decision-making, and accelerate enterprise digital transformation.
