Drawing from real-world implementations in enterprise payment platforms, digital banking, and real-time payment networks, the session demonstrates how AI-powered bots can automate file processing, validate transactions, detect anomalies, and resolve stuck payments with minimal human intervention.
By integrating AI into existing architectures leveraging API platforms, integration layers, and messaging systems financial institutions can significantly reduce operational risk, improve SLA performance, enhance fraud detection, and deliver superior customer experiences.
