From Reactive Monitoring to Autonomous Network Operations: A Multi-Agent AI Framework for Mission-Critical Wireless Infrastructure
Abstract:
This presentation introduces a scholarly technical framework for transforming network operations from reactive monitoring to proactive, AI-driven assurance. It presents a multi-agent architecture composed of Collector, Analyst, Resolver, and Coordinator agents, supported by a Network Digital Twin for safe simulation and validation before production changes are made. The talk will show how this approach can improve resilience, cybersecurity, and operational continuity in mission-critical wireless environments such as transportation hubs, educational campuses, healthcare facilities, and large public venues.
