Dheeraj Velaga is a Software Development Engineer at Capital One Financial and holds a master’s degree in computer science from University of Central Missouri. He specializes in enterprise platform engineering, ServiceNow development, and scalable full-stack system design.

Dheeraj has extensive experience developing enterprise solutions using the ServiceNow platform, with expertise in IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD), Asset Management, Service Catalog, Flow Designer, and custom application development. His work focuses on designing intelligent workflows and scalable systems that improve operational efficiency and streamline enterprise processes.

In addition to platform development, he builds cloud-native applications using Java, Spring Boot, JavaScript, and modern front-end technologies. His technical interests include API integrations, CI/CD automation, intelligent monitoring systems, and the engineering of reliable data-driven platforms that support enterprise digital transformation.
