Designing UX at Scale: Architecting Performance, Resilience, and Intelligence for High-Traffic Systems
Abstract:
As digital platforms scale to millions of users, user experience becomes as much an architectural challenge as a design one. This talk explores how UX must evolve to remain performant, resilient, and intelligent under extreme traffic and real-world constraints. Drawing from industry-scale systems, the session outlines core pillars of UX scalability, including performance optimization, fault tolerance, and data-driven decision-making and demonstrates how architectural strategies directly shape user perception. Attendees will gain a practical framework for designing and sustaining seamless user experiences in high-traffic environments, along with actionable insights for future proofing UX through continuous measurement and iteration.
