I am Tejasvi Gorre, With over 15 years of industry expertise, I bring a wealth of experience in the analysis, design, development, implementation, and testing of complex web-based and client-server multi-tier applications. Proficient in leading-edge technologies like React JS, JavaScript, and Java/J2EE, I am dedicated to delivering innovative, scalable, and user-centric solutions that meet the dynamic needs of businesses. My proficiency spans across front-end development, where I excel in creating responsive and interactive web applications using advanced frameworks such as React JS, Redux, and Node.js, as well as crafting intuitive designs that enhance user engagement.
Throughout my career, I have demonstrated a deep understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), successfully navigating all phases, from requirements gathering and business analysis to deployment and technical documentation. My expertise in Agile (Scrum) and Waterfall methodologies has enabled me to lead cross-functional teams and deliver high-quality projects within budget and timeline constraints. As a leader and mentor, I have cultivated a culture of excellence across onshore and offshore teams, guiding team members—especially in Quality Assurance (QA) roles—to achieve their professional best.
