Enterprise Data Governance & Data Integrity – Compliance Problems and Solutions in Robotics

Abstract:

The rapid adoption of robotics and automation across industries has created unprecedented volumes of data that are crucial for decision-making, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance. However, ensuring data integrity and adhering to enterprise data governance principles in robotics present unique challenges. These include managing fragmented data sources, mitigating risks associated with data breaches, maintaining transparency in automated decision-making, and addressing ethical concerns. This paper explores compliance problems inherent in robotics, such as data inconsistency, lack of standardized frameworks, and the integration of real-time data streams. It highlights how non-compliance can lead to financial, reputational, and operational risks. The study also identifies innovative solutions, including the implementation of robust data governance frameworks, leveraging AI-driven monitoring systems for real-time integrity checks, and adopting industry-specific compliance standards.
