From Cloud Delivery to Intelligent Operations: Building Reliable AI Systems in Regulated Enterprises

Abstract:

As enterprises increasingly adopt AI, automation, and data-driven decision-making, the challenge is no longer limited to building intelligent systems, but to building systems that are reliable, auditable, and operationally safe in real-world environments. In this keynote, I will discuss how modern cloud delivery, DevOps automation, and intelligent operational practices can work together to support scalable and trustworthy enterprise systems, particularly in regulated domains such as healthcare device manufacturing. The talk will highlight infrastructure modernization, deployment automation, observability, incident-driven learning, and AI-enabled operational workflows. It will further examine how organizations can balance speed, resilience, compliance, and innovation while designing the next generation of business intelligence and data analytics platforms. The session aims to offer both academic and industry perspectives on building systems that are not only intelligent, but also dependable and impact-driven.
