Autonomous Intelligence - Integrating AI, ML, and Robotics for Scalable Data Infrastructure and Smart Operations

Abstract:

Moving beyond insufficient rule-based systems, this talk presents my perspective on the AI, ML, and Robotics transformation of large-scale ETL pipelines and operational workflows in modern cloud and edge environments. The AI architecture I will present uses deep learning (RNNs) for workload prediction and anomaly detection to cut cloud costs and latency. Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and intelligent agents automate infrastructure provisioning and monitoring, even reconfiguring edge nodes. This hybrid approach achieves up to 40% operational savings and enhances system resilience and autonomy for sectors from aviation to manufacturing. I will also discuss federated learning, autonomous robots in data centers, and compliance in constrained settings.
