Enterprise systems like ERP have become essential to managing business operations, but many organizations still rely on outdated, rigid automation tools that can't adapt to real-time changes or scale effectively. In this talk, I’ll introduce a new approach to business process automation that uses artificial intelligence to help enterprises work smarter and faster. The core of this approach is a flexible framework that brings together process mining, machine learning, and predictive analytics. It’s designed to plug into existing ERP environments and enhance workflows across departments, from HR and finance to procurement and supply chain, without the need to rebuild systems from scratch. Unlike traditional automation, this framework evolves with the business. It learns from historical and live data, identifying process bottlenecks and recommending improvements over time.

I’ll share real-world examples where this method has helped large organizations increase efficiency, reduce manual work, and improve decision-making. The talk will show how AI can be used not just to automate tasks, but to create intelligent systems that continuously adapt and scale with the enterprise. This work reflects a shift toward smarter, data-driven operations and offers a practical roadmap for modernizing core business functions.
