Varun holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Osmania University, India, and a Master's in Computer Science from St. Mary's University, San Antonio, Texas. Currently serving as Senior Technical Architect at PegaSystem Inc., he specializes in automating cloud infrastructure with Terraform, optimizing operational costs through FinOps practices, and building scalable ETL pipelines using Azure Databricks, Snowflake, and Matillion, while architecting intelligent solutions leveraging Azure Cognitive Services, OpenAI, and Pega GenAI technologies.

His expertise spans Azure, AWS, and GCP, with deep knowledge in data engineering, MLOps, and containerized microservices architecture. He has previously worked with organizations including DXC, CVS, and AIG, delivering solutions spanning large-scale data migrations, intelligent document processing, and conversational AI. He holds industry certifications including AZ-400 (Azure DevOps), SNOWPRO (Snowflake), and CKAD (Certified Kubernetes Application Developer).
