Architecting AI-Ready Financial Platforms: A Digital Transformation Playbook

Abstract:

In today's rapidly evolving financial landscape, building AI-ready platforms is no longer optional—it's a strategic imperative. This keynote presents a practical playbook for transforming legacy financial systems into agile, intelligent, and cloud-native platforms that are ready to harness the power of AI. Drawing from real-world experiences in modernizing syndicate loans, loan trading, and asset-backed securities platforms, the session explores how to re-architect monolithic systems using microservices, containerized infrastructure, and hybrid cloud environments.

Attendees will gain insights into how data architecture, event-driven design, and secure integration strategies form the foundation for AI-readiness. The talk will also highlight how GenAI and predictive analytics can be embedded within financial workflows to drive automation, improve decision-making, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Whether you're an engineering leader, architect, or transformation executive, this session will equip you with actionable strategies to modernize your platform and prepare it for an intelligent, data-driven future.
