Sanjiv Kumar Bhagat is a senior program and portfolio management leader with more than 20 years of experience delivering complex technology, ERP, cloud, and business transformation initiatives across both public and private sector organizations. He currently serves in a senior leadership role at Amazon, where he leads strategic cross-border logistics and operations programs focused on scale, automation, analytics, and continuous improvement. Over the course of his career, he has held leadership positions with Washington State agencies, higher education ERP transformation programs, and major global organizations including United Airlines, Viacom, Agilent Technologies, British Telecom, Hewitt Associates, and American Express.

Known for his ability to lead large-scale enterprise initiatives and align technology with business goals, Sanjiv brings deep expertise in program governance, stakeholder management, operational excellence, and digital transformation. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and maintains PMP and Certified ScrumMaster certifications.
