Agentic AI in Enterprise IT: From Dashboards to Autonomous Workflows
Abstract:
As organizations modernize their information technology landscape, AI is shifting from isolated pilots to agentic systems that autonomously coordinate workflows across tools, data sources, and teams. This talk will show how agentic AI can be embedded into IT service management, analytics, and operations to move from “copilots” to outcome-driven digital workers. We will walk through reference architectures, data and governance requirements, and concrete examples such as automated incident triage, self-optimizing infrastructure, and end-to-end business process orchestration. The session will also cover risk management, human-in-the-loop design, and practical metrics to evaluate value, reliability, and trust in agentic AI at scale.
