Building Autonomous AI Agents for Enterprise Software Testing and Intelligent CI/CD Systems

Abstract:

In this talk, I will discuss how autonomous AI agents are transforming enterprise software testing, release validation, and CI/CD governance. I will share practical approaches for integrating Large Language Models, agent-browser automation, Playwright-based end-to-end testing, and intelligent quality gates into modern enterprise delivery pipelines. The session will demonstrate how AI agents can analyze requirements, generate test scenarios, create page objects, validate APIs, inspect logs, and support deployment readiness across complex applications. Drawing from my experience across manufacturing, fintech, and ecommerce platforms, I will present real-world insights into building scalable automation frameworks, reducing manual QA effort, accelerating release cycles, and improving production reliability for cloud-native and microservices-based systems.
